* The WCB of Alberta, Saskatchewan WCB, and WSIB (Ontario) require that a specific authorization form of their design be submitted. Please contact us directly for that form.

How To Engage Our Services

1. Print out the Assessments & Claims Review Agreement contained in this website, fill it out, and email as an attachment to us at tsauve@mts.net.

2. Print out the "WCB Authorization Form" for the province (or provinces) that apply to your company, fill it out and sign it, and email it to us as an attachment to tsauve@mts.net. Please note that several provinces require their specific authorization to be submitted. Please contact us directly and we will provide you with the appropriate province's authorization form.

3. We'll send written confirmation that we have received the documents and proceed to conduct the review. We obtain all required information regarding your company's claims and assessments from the WCB so we do not need to access your internal records.
